no news is... good news?

haven't heard from pbs yet. i called back today, to be sure my resume (and phone call) hadn't gotten lost in the thanksgiving holiday shuffle.

also, i applied to 3 positions at discovery communications in silver spring, maryland (just north of d.c.) - 2 production coordinator positions and one associate producer position, all for the learning channel (TLC).

"i'll keep you abreast of any further developments" --name that movie!

So, I'm always up for a good movie quote challenge. I was convinced I knew that one but apparently I was wrong. I searched imdb and google but found nothing good. Finally I typed in "movie quotes: I'll keep you abreast of any further developments" into Google and found the answer on your joyangel blog. It was the only thing that came up on that search. Ugh. I also found on another search that you once replied to one of Heather Clement's blog posts with the same quote. It freaks me out the amount of stalking that can be done these days. It's Mansfield Park. Never seen it. Good.

i would assume there are also tons of jobs (political mind you) involving production and what-not of ads and commercials in and around dc. if you really want to get a job putting your degree to work, you should look at the numerous PR and media consulting jobs that are out there in that area. just a suggestion.
