recent developments

as some of you may already know, i've put a lot of consideration into the idea of teaching over the past year or so. after getting married and settling, at least for a good while, in maryland, i realized that it was time to pray about what God's dreams were for me as a part of "Mr. & Mrs. Clark." i am a dreamer, and i needed new dreams - dreams for US, instead of just for me.

anyway, in this quest, i keep coming back to teaching. so i'm applying to 3 alternative certification programs in prince george's county, to teach English. i'm excited about the ideas that i have and about the opportunity to do meaningful work. i'm also daunted by the challenge it presents. any wisdom or encouragement any of you have would certainly be welcome.

the two most pressing goals right now are to study for the praxis test and to finish up the last pieces of my applications. one of the three is complete. the other two are pretty close! so here i go - i should really study instead of blog =P
