cottage

daniel and i drove around crownsville, cruising and looking at houses that are on the market. we called a bunch of different real estate agents as we drove past tiny ones that looked like they might actually be in our price range. we only got to go inside one, though.

my favorite

my absolute favorite thing that jack does is yawn. almost every time, he makes this adorable noise - sometimes quite loud! i just think it is the sweetest thing, and i hope to catch it on video sometime. i always try to praise him lavishly, in the hopes of reinforcing this behavior. =)

jack and daniel get along so well. almost every morning, daniel wakes up and takes jack on an adventure to the puppy park or the fishing pier or something. this works out well for all of us, because a sleepy jack is much better behaved than a rambunctious jack. so daniel does his best to tucker him out before leaving for work. right now, jack is conked on my lap as i type. pretty cute. mission accomplished, team clark!

take 2

the first team clark blog attempt failed miserably. engagement is a busy time, it turns out! so here i am, ready for another go. i'm sitting in city dock coffee, wishing i hadn't already finished my hot jamacian tea. so good. you should try it if you haven't already.
